    do you really like the book naturally thin? I heard bad things about it like it teaches you to have an eating disorder. i havent read it though!

      there were definitely some good points in there, but also a lot of stuff i didn’t like. she talks a lot about eating in moderation, and how it’s ok to really eat anything, just not all at one time. but then other things she discusses seem to show signs of disordered eating patterns, and just don’t seem healthy. i want to do a full review soon, so you can get more of my opinion 🙂
